STRENGTH IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

Unions advocate for their members by negotiating with contractors to secure better wages, benefits, working conditions, and job security. Joining a union provides a collective voice and bargaining power that individuals lack on their own. Since 1990, the IBEW has successfully negotiated consistent wage increases without resorting to strikes or lockouts.

Challenge the exam

If you are an experienced professional in this field and believe you can challenge the Certification of Qualification exam, we are here to assist you. The IBEW can guide you through the Trade Equivalency Assessment (TEA) and prepare you for the 631A license exam.
